Dr. Rachel Schuchart is a highly qualified psychologist with a Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch New England Graduate School and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Saint Michael's College. Following her academic achievements, she completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Saint Elizabeth's Hospital, focusing on assessments within the forensic unit. Dr. Schuchart has extensive experience conducting psychosexual, violence risk, neuropsychological, and psychological evaluations for adults, alongside leading mental health, substance abuse, and competency restoration groups. Her psychotherapy skills extend to a diverse clientele, including children and adolescents, leveraging her background as a licensed school psychologist for grades K through 12. As an independent consultant for APPS, she conducts comprehensive evaluations and has earned certification as a Sex Offender Treatment Provider (CSOTP). Recently, she joined Argosy University as an associate faculty member, imparting knowledge on assessment ethics and various specialty areas in evaluation and treatment. With specialized training in psychological, psychoeducational, psychosexual, and custody evaluations, as well as certifications in TF-CBT and EMDR, Dr. Schuchart excels in addressing complex behavioral issues and anxiety in individuals and families alike.
