With 28 years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, Mary Dolby McDonald is passionate about helping adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. Specializing in adjustment disorders, life transitions, affective disorders, addiction recovery, personality disorders, and intellectual disabilities, she strives to empower individuals to overcome obstacles. Mary earned her master's degree in social work from Boston University and underwent extensive training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy at the Behavioral Tech/Linehan Institute. Additionally, as an adjunct faculty member at Catholic University, she takes pride in teaching and supervising advanced clinical students, sharing her knowledge to shape the future of social work.
