Michele Cole is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist, holding a PhD and an LCSW designation. Her practice focuses on supporting children, adolescents, adults, and couples in overcoming challenges such as anxiety, depression, adjustment issues related to separation or divorce, grief, social skills difficulties, past trauma, addictions, obsessive-compulsive disorders, disruptive behaviors, attention issues, and Tourette syndrome. Currently, Michele is initiating supportive group sessions that address social issues, anxiety, trauma, parenting, and academic success. Alongside her private practice, Michele has served as an Adjunct Professor at several universities and earned her PhD from The Catholic University of America, where she explored factors contributing to depressive symptoms in young adults from divorced families.
