Jessica Ellin Schladt is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with a mission to foster hope and inspire change in her clients. She believes in the innate resilience of individuals to overcome their struggles, understanding that sometimes everyone needs a little help to reach their full potential. Utilizing a strengths-based approach, Jessica focuses on resilience, empowerment, and the unique skills of each person. She meets clients where they are to guide them toward their desired outcomes. With compassion, insightful challenges, and humor, she supports her teen and adult clients in developing a growth mindset to achieve their goals. For child clients aged 6 and older, Jessica employs play therapy to create a creative space for children to express themselves and process their feelings, leveraging telehealth technology alongside her 'Portable Playroom' concept, which is delivered to the child's home. As a former military spouse, Jessica has firsthand experience of the unique lifestyle and stressors faced by military families. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University. Currently, all of Jessica's sessions are conducted exclusively through telehealth, allowing her to offer flexible and accessible support to her diverse clientele.
