Jennifer Freeman is a passionate and caring practitioner who utilizes an eclectic, person-centered, strength-based approach with individuals. She guides her clients in reaching their goals through collaborative work and practice, firmly believing that each individual is an expert in their own experience and that no single technique fits all. As a trauma-focused and culturally competent provider, Jennifer is skilled in working with interpreters, including verbal and ALS. Her diverse approach to therapy incorporates methodologies from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Somatic practices, among others. She provides a warm, inviting, and safe space for all clients to learn and grow. Additionally, Jennifer collaborates closely with a talented team of Case Managers to foster growth and independence for those she serves.
