Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is a compassionate food assistance program located in Alexandria, VA, dedicated to providing free, medically tailored meal deliveries to individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. We understand the urgent need for nutritious food, which is why our clients receive meals without any income or insurance requirements. Every other week, we deliver carefully curated groceries featuring eight specialized meal plans—regular, vegetarian, renal, dairy-free, fish-free, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable—ensuring that we cater to diverse dietary needs. With the ability to combine up to three meal plans, GTG is committed to supporting our clients’ health and well-being through personalized nutrition.
