Located in Woods Cross, Utah, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to assisting low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance services tailored to their unique needs. Our mission is to ensure that those experiencing swallowing difficulties have access to vital resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
