Located in Wellsville, UT, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors, particularly those facing financial hardship, from diverse backgrounds, or residing in rural communities underserved by the healthcare system. Our program provides six free wellness kits delivered every two months, filled with essential items designed to enhance well-being and resilience. Each kit includes a water bottle, a journal, food trackers, sleep masks, and access to additional resources, ensuring that survivors have the tools they need to navigate their journey.
