Elizabeth Louise Gray, affectionately known as Beth, is dedicated to supporting individuals navigating life's challenges. As a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, she embraces the title of 'Queer Geek Therapist,' specializing in providing tailored therapeutic services to this population. Beth is well-versed in addressing a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, and the unique needs of transgender individuals. Utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy, she works collaboratively with clients facing issues from minor life transitions to major emotional struggles. In her practice, she incorporates her certification as a Therapeutic Game Master, enriching her sessions with creative and engaging strategies. Beth has also completed level I training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy, equipping her to assist couples in fostering healthier relationships.
