Dr. David H. Whitaker is a distinguished doctor of psychology (PsyD) and a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC), practicing as an independent contractor with Counseling Associates of Utah in Salt Lake City. He specializes in individual therapy, couples therapy, and family therapy for a diverse range of challenges. With a robust background as the Clinical Director at Wasatch Recovery, a residential substance abuse treatment center for a decade, Dr. Whitaker has demonstrated his commitment to mental health and recovery.
