This journey can lead to transformative changes, balance, and even joy. For over 17 years, Safespace has worked extensively with adolescents facing challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, personality disorders, depression, addiction, self-harm, and eating disorders, and has recently expanded their practice to include young adults up to age 35. Utilizing a culturally sensitive, trauma-focused approach, as well as various therapeutic modalities including emotionally focused and family systems therapy, Safespace is dedicated to fostering healing and resilience in their clients.
