Martha Wyld, MA, MFA, LCMHC, is a dedicated counselor who is deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate the healing process following traumatic experiences. With sensitivity and kindness, she guides individuals through their darker moments, fostering healing connections. Specializing in areas such as grief, trauma, depression and anxiety, gender and sexual orientation identities, and spiritual emergence, she tailors her therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each person she works with. Her diverse expertise includes EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, mindfulness practices, Internal Family Systems, and Hakomi-informed therapy.
