Utah WIC (Women, Infants, and Children Supplemental Food Program) in Salt Lake City is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to promote nutritious food habits through tailored nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding support, and essential health care referrals. Recognizing the challenges posed by COVID-19, we remain committed to serving our community by offering remote consultations, meaning many appointments can easily be managed over the phone without needing to visit our clinics.
