Specializing in issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma, she combines a fun and approachable style with effective therapeutic techniques. Laura draws from a diverse toolkit that includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness practices to help alleviate the burdens associated with anxiety and depression. With plans to be trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in May 2022, her focus is on building a compassionate, trusting relationship with her clients. Together, they will explore the underlying causes of stress and anxiety and work collaboratively to reduce symptoms and foster a more fulfilling life.
