For the last 9 years, Chris has specifically focused on helping clients navigate challenges such as depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, self-destructive and addictive behaviors, self-esteem and identity concerns, impulse and attention difficulties, grief and loss, as well as parenting and relational issues. Known for building positive relationships, Chris embodies a caring, committed, non-judgmental, and patient approach, providing loving feedback that empowers clients to make the desired changes in their lives.
