Dr. Anna Nosek is a compassionate psychologist who holds a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Pacific University. Since beginning her work in 2012, she has garnered extensive experience providing psychological evaluations and therapy across Oregon, Utah, and Massachusetts. Currently practicing at Utah Family Institute, Dr. Nosek specializes in conducting both psychological assessments and therapy for clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults. Her expertise encompasses a variety of trauma-informed care approaches, integrating methodologies such as Gestalt, TF-CBT, and DBT. Furthermore, she employs the Attachment, Self-Regulation, and Competency (ARC) framework to assist youth and their caregivers who have faced complex trauma. As a body-positive therapist and LGBTQIA+ ally, Dr. Nosek creates a welcoming environment where clients can engage authentically. She believes in the innate wisdom of individuals and collaborates with them to identify what might be missing in their lives, guiding them toward a more fulfilling existence.
