Rae Oakley, an experienced Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, is passionate about trauma and EMDR, driven by both personal encounters with PTSD and the remarkable healing journey she has facilitated for her clients through EMDR. Specializing in a variety of issues, Rae has provided support to individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, OCD, suicidality, and childhood abuse, while increasingly honing her expertise in PTSD, complex PTSD, and Dissociative Disorders, including Dissociative Identity Disorder. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Attachment Theory, the Adaptive Information Processing Model, Polyvagal Theory, and Systems Theory. Rae is fully trained in EMDR and is set to obtain EMDRIA certification in 2022.
