Alyson Watkins, MS, CMHC, is a dedicated Counselor with a lifelong passion for supporting individuals facing challenges in their lives. Known for her strong, empathic listening skills, she assists clients in finding effective solutions to issues such as anxiety, depression, postpartum depression and anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, and addictions. Alyson specializes in women's issues including self-esteem, shame, and body image. Having been born and raised in New York, she holds a master's degree in mental health counseling from the University of Phoenix. Her experience includes providing valuable mental health services at Lakeview Hospital and LDS Family Services, making her well-equipped to help teens, adults, and elders navigate their emotional journeys.
