MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hildale, UT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually and provided with tailored referrals to suitable weight management options. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also facilitate access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
