Located in Hildale, UT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the lives of low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance and vital resources. We offer food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment to ensure that those we serve have access to the support they need for safe and nourishing meals. Our mission is to alleviate the challenges of dietary restrictions and enhance the quality of life for our community members, one meal at a time.
