At the Utah Diabetes and Endocrinology Center in Herriman, we are dedicated to empowering individuals living with diabetes through comprehensive education and support. Our skilled education team offers vital programs designed to help patients effectively monitor and manage their blood sugar levels, significantly reducing the risk of complications associated with diabetes. From Diabetes Self-Management Education to specialized training in carbohydrate counting, gestational diabetes, insulin pumps, and continuous glucose monitoring, our classes are tailored to meet diverse needs. We also provide Intensive Diabetes Education and Support (IDEAS) and a dedicated Diabetes Complication Program. Registration is required for individual appointments, and we’re proud to accept Medicaid and Medicare. For those facing financial challenges, financial assistance options are available based on set income guidelines.
