Located in Ephraim, UT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by providing crucial resources for their dietary and therapeutic needs. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for low-income individuals facing swallowing difficulties through the provision of essential items such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. We aim to ensure that everyone has access to the tools they need for proper nutrition and care, empowering our community with the support they deserve.
