Located in Eagle Mountain, UT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to ensuring that low-income individuals with dysphagia have access to essential resources that support their dietary needs. We provide a variety of services that include food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, all aimed at enhancing the quality of life for those facing the challenges of swallowing disorders.
