Erin Fitzgerald is a dedicated Marriage & Family Therapist Associate (AMFT) who feels honored to be invited into the lives of her clients. She possesses a strong belief in their inherent ability to enact meaningful change. Utilizing compassionate and accepting techniques within a systemic perspective, Erin empowers individuals, couples, and families on their journey to healing and growth. Her areas of expertise include navigating marital and relational issues, complicated grief and loss, and emotional dysregulation, such as anxiety and depression. Erin has considerable experience in addressing medical trauma, sexual trauma, and various forms of PTSD. Particularly skilled in working with couples, she offers a balanced experience focused on both skill development and the deepening of emotional safety within relationships, drawing on her training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). Originally from Southern Utah, she enjoys fostering connections with her family in nature and finds peace in the great outdoors. After recently moving back to Cedar, Erin is excited to reconnect with her roots and continue her impactful work in the community.
