Sam Huppi, LCSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and therapist specializing in helping teens and adults overcome hidden burdens of shame, stress, and trauma. Many individuals struggle with painful memories, sadness, and constant worries that interfere with their lives and relationships, often feeling as though a critical inner voice tells them they do not deserve happiness. Sam believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to be free from trauma and capable of achieving their true potential. He offers his expertise in navigating issues such as trauma and PTSD, sexual shame, unhealthy relationship patterns, and moments of life transition. Sam provides longer therapy sessions to foster a deeper understanding of his clients' unique concerns. His primary therapeutic approaches include EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Inner Child work, among others, which equip his clients with the tools to cope with depression, anxiety, faith transitions, and general stress.
