With expertise in trauma and PTSD, women's issues, and mood disorders, Katrina employs a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma-Focused Therapy, and EMDR, among others. She holds certifications in Lifespan Integration Therapy, EMDR, and Trauma-Focused CBT, and has received extensive training in treatments for complex trauma.
