Melena Stevens is a licensed clinical social worker and therapist dedicated to ensuring that every individual has someone in their corner, especially when they are navigating life’s many challenges. She understands that everyone faces difficult periods throughout their journey, and having a supportive companion to walk alongside can be transformative. With a commitment to offering guidance, Melena is here to assist clients as they weather the storms of life, whether they are coping with major life changes, divorce, trauma, self-doubt, identity crises, or chronic illness. She aims to help her clients develop healthy habits tailored to their unique needs. Her expertise includes various modalities such as EMDR, geek therapy, and DBT, and she is also trained in reunification and LGBTQ+ affirming practices. Moreover, Melena finds joy in supporting other caregiving professionals, including fellow therapists, acknowledging that everyone deserves a space to share their thoughts and feelings. She earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Utah, which further enhances her capacity to assist those in search of meaningful change.
