Home Delivered Meals, part of Nutrition for Longevity in Wichita Falls, TX, provides essential food assistance through our Home Delivered Meal program, catering to eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, are designed to support general health and address specific medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We are committed to offering nutritious options, with meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under various programs, meal delivery can be facilitated through case managers or local agencies. We also support self-pay individuals with affordable meal options at just $7.75 each, ensuring everyone has access to nourishing meals at home. In addition, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to further support our clients’ health needs.
