Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Program

The Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Program in Wichita Falls, TX, is dedicated to supporting families with children aged birth to three who are experiencing developmental delays, disabilities, or medical conditions affecting their growth. Our mission is to empower families by providing personalized services through Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) tailored to each child's needs. We offer a variety of support options, including home-based services, case management, and professional therapies such as speech, physical, and occupational therapy. Additionally, we provide valuable resources like nutrition education, comprehensive evaluations, and translation services, ensuring language barriers don’t hinder access to care. At ECI, we believe that financial limitations should never prevent a child from receiving essential services; therefore, we incorporate a Family Cost Share based on a sliding fee scale, while no child or family will ever be turned away due to inability to pay.
