The Diabetes Prevention Screening Program at Nuestra Clinica Del Valle, Inc in Weslaco, TX, collaborates with the Knapp Community Care Foundation to empower individuals at high risk of type 2 diabetes. Our mission is to foster health and well-being through essential services that include comprehensive education, targeted screenings, meaningful support, and financial incentives to help prevent or delay the onset of diabetes and its complications. We proudly accept Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and most private health insurances. To participate, please bring the necessary documentation, which includes your identification, proof of income such as a recent tax return, and proof of residency like utility bills.
