Eileen Stein

Eileen Stein is a Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding credentials including MSSW, LICSW, ACSW, and CEGE. With a passion for helping individuals and couples grow, heal, and transition, she has established her practice to support those seeking to move beyond unhelpful coping mechanisms and heal from past traumas that result in current distress. Eileen's approach is engaging and practical, enabling clients to manage their lives and relationships in more positive and stable ways. She offers her expertise in addressing a myriad of life's stresses and complex emotions, and views the client-therapist relationship as both an honor and a privilege. Known for her active engagement and compassionate demeanor, Eileen is resolution-focused and oriented towards healing and transformation. She utilizes various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, insight-oriented techniques, and mind/body/somatic therapies. Eileen has a special emphasis on trauma-related work spanning from childhood through adulthood, including PTSD and C-PTSD, and is dedicated to supporting clients navigatng infertility, pregnancy loss, high-risk pregnancies, and postpartum mood disorders. She is also experienced in working with neurodiverse clients, including those with AD/HD, and warmly welcomes Veterans and First Responders.
