We prioritize individuals over 90 years old and those with chronic illnesses on our monthly assessed waiting list. Additionally, seniors who are on hospice care, recently discharged from hospitals or rehabilitation centers, or referred by Adult Protective Services can expedite their access through in-home assessments. Our commitment is to ensure that seniors receive the support they need when they need it most.
