At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Waco, TX, we are dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We offer Medically Tailored Meals specifically designed by Registered Dietitians to meet the nutritional needs of clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as self-pay individuals. Our meals cater to a variety of medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, and are crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork for safe consumption. We encourage those eligible for meal delivery through Medicaid or the Older Americans Act to check with their case managers or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, many plans include meal provisions as part of their chronic care programs, while our self-pay option offers affordable meals at $7.75 each for those seeking convenience without insurance coverage. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support our clients’ health journeys.
