Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

Located in Waco, TX, the Farm & Food Systems Fellowship is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of advocates for a just and sustainable food system. This transformative program empowers Fellows through hands-on education in organic food systems, offering a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in diversified crop production, community garden management, and innovative health education. With no tuition fees, we prioritize accessibility for passionate individuals eager to learn and lead. Fellows engage in a six-month immersive experience at our Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a Community Action Year where they collaborate with local non-profit organizations to implement impactful food initiatives. By developing distribution channels for healthy foods and supporting community food coalitions, our Fellows make meaningful contributions to enhancing food literacy and access. Applications are accepted until March, with the fellowship running from May to October, inviting those committed to fostering social, environmental, and economic justice to join our mission.
