MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Victoria, TX, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to provide comprehensive care by annually screening every Veteran for obesity and offering tailored weight management solutions that meet individual needs. With options ranging from supportive group sessions and telephone lifestyle coaching to the innovative TeleMOVE! platform and the MOVE! Coach mobile app, Veterans can choose a path that works best for them—whether through personal guidance or independent management. For those requiring additional support, we also offer weight loss medications and access to bariatric surgery.
