The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Victoria, TX, is dedicated to cultivating future leaders who advocate for a just food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable. This transformative program empowers Fellows through comprehensive organic food system education, ensuring accessibility by waiving tuition fees. Over six months, selected Fellows engage in hands-on learning at our inspiring farm campus, gaining invaluable skills in growing and distributing diversified crops, conducting innovative health education sessions, and developing community gardens. They also play a vital role in mentoring the next generation of advocates and supporting farmers markets and direct-to-consumer food access initiatives. Following their fellowship, participants embark on a Community Action Year, partnering with regional non-profits to implement their training and positively impact local food systems. Applications are open until March each year, with the program running from May to October.
