Nutrition Education

Based in Tyler, TX, the Nutrition Education program at East Texas Food Bank is dedicated to empowering low-income individuals and families through vital nutrition education. By collaborating with community organizations and social service agencies, we provide practical classes that adhere to USDA guidelines, covering essential topics such as healthy eating, budget-friendly shopping, food safety, meal planning, and disease prevention.
