Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing well-being in Tyler, TX, by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act. Our meal program ensures that clients, including those with specific medical needs like Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, receive balanced meals designed by a Registered Dietitian, focusing on promoting health and meeting dietary restrictions such as dairy, peanut, gluten, and pork-free options. For those who may not qualify for government support, our self-pay program offers an affordable solution at just $7.75 per meal, ensuring everyone has access to nutritious food delivered right to their homes.
