Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) in Tomball, TX, is dedicated to supporting pregnant women, new mothers, and children up to age five who face nutritional challenges. We provide essential food assistance, focusing on nutritious foods that supplement diets, alongside comprehensive nutrition education and breastfeeding support. Our mission is to empower families with the information and resources they need to foster healthy, thriving lives, believing that strong nutrition starts before birth. In addition to food and education, we connect families with important health-care referrals and social services. Eligibility extends to those on Medicaid, TANF, or SNAP, as well as others who meet our income guidelines, regardless of U.S. citizenship status, including caregivers of young children. Our WIC centers are conveniently open Monday through Friday and by appointment on Saturdays, ensuring that families can access the assistance they need.
