At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Tomball, TX, we are dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs. Designed specifically for clients covered under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, our meals are expertly crafted by a Registered Dietitian to meet the unique dietary needs of over 36 medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meal options are designed to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, prioritizing both nutrition and safety. For those eligible under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, we provide meals tailored to program requirements, while self-pay options are also available at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food. Additionally, we offer Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling for those seeking further support.
