Emily Lash is a compassionate and skilled licensed professional counselor associate dedicated to promoting mental and emotional health as crucial elements of well-being. Emily works with adolescents (11+) and adults who may find themselves struggling with grief, persistent worry and anxiety, feelings of hopelessness, harmful thoughts or behaviors, conflicts in relationships, stress related to work or school, or a quest for meaning and purpose. As a counselor at LifeSpring Behavioral Health, she integrates psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and logotherapy to foster self-awareness, empowering clients to confront their challenges with courage and confidence. Emily believes in addressing the mind, body, and spirit together, guiding her clients toward healing and renewed strength.
