Angela Pidala is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional who specializes in providing guidance during life's challenging moments. She creates a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. Angela deeply understands the impact of pregnancy loss, prenatal challenges, and postpartum adjustments, and she is committed to helping individuals and families navigate these complex feelings. Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Play Therapy, and Trauma Focused strategies, Angela empowers her clients to process their thoughts and emotions. She also offers individual counseling tailored for women and group therapy for mothers, while providing enriching Play Therapy for children aged 3 to 6 years.
