The Yumlish Diabetes Prevention Program, located in The Colony, TX, is a comprehensive year-long initiative designed to empower individuals to make healthy lifestyle choices and prevent diabetes. Over the course of 24-26 hour-long sessions, participants receive valuable health and nutrition education, all delivered through convenient virtual meetings via Zoom. Led by a Registered Dietitian trained in Lifestyle Coaching, our program offers personalized guidance and essential resources to support each individual on their journey to better health.
