Through the TransitUnity Program, we ensure veterans have reliable transportation access with bus passes and rideshare vouchers. The Legacy Assurance Program guides veterans in obtaining life insurance, while our WorkforceConnect Program delivers personalized career assistance, job readiness certifications, and comprehensive case management to empower employment success. Additionally, the MealConnect Program addresses food needs by connecting individuals to local food assistance, including vouchers and information on food pantries.
