Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Texas City, TX, is dedicated to providing essential home delivered meals and medically tailored meal options to individuals covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and those benefiting from the Older Americans Act. Our program focuses on delivering nutritious meals designed by a Registered Dietitian, ensuring they cater to general health and address specific medical needs such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize the health of our clients by offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Eligibility for our home delivered meals depends on individual programs and state regulations, and we encourage clients to consult their Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging for assistance. For those with Medicare Advantage, select plans may include meals in their post-discharge or chronic care support. Additionally, N4L offers a self-pay option for individuals who may not qualify for assistance but wish to enjoy the convenience of home delivered meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, allowing them to choose every meal and delivery. Alongside meal delivery, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to promote long-term health and well-being.
