Located in Temple, TX, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals who qualify under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or those benefiting from the Older Americans Act. With a focus on health and well-being, our meals, designed by a Registered Dietitian, cater to various medical needs including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, and are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We welcome participation from Medicaid and Older American Act recipients, as well as Medicare Advantage beneficiaries through select PPO plans. For those not covered by these programs, our affordable self-pay option allows individuals to choose their meals for just $7.75 each, ensuring everyone has access to convenient, nutritious food. Additionally, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support overall health. For eligibility inquiries or assistance, individuals can connect with their Case Managers or local Area Agency on Aging.
