Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, located in Temple, TX, is dedicated to empowering individuals to become advocates for a food system that is equitable and sustainable. Our program offers hands-on training and education focused on organic farming and food systems, enabling participants to engage in meaningful community-based projects. Fellows will have the unique opportunity to cultivate and distribute diverse crops, facilitate educational sessions on health and wellness, and mentor future leaders in food literacy. With no tuition fees, we prioritize accessibility and inclusivity for all aspiring advocates. Over six months of immersive experience at our Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a Community Action Year, Fellows actively collaborate with local non-profits to implement innovative solutions that increase access to healthy foods, support farmers markets, and enhance community gardens. We invite passionate individuals to apply for this transformative fellowship by March each year, with the program commencing from May to October.
