Cynthia Green

Cynthia Green is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor, holding a Master's degree in Psychology and credentials as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). With over eleven years of experience in private practice in Sugar Land, she specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) focusing on anxiety, couples therapy, women's issues, and sexual abuse cases. Cynthia is also trained in EMDR I and EMDR II, enhancing her therapeutic approach to trauma and emotional healing. Her extensive experience includes co-authoring twelve group curriculums for the Fort Bend Juvenile Probation, serving as a case manager at the Mental Health/Mental Retardation Association of Houston, and co-leading sessions for children navigating the complexities of parental divorce. Additionally, she has facilitated employee training programs at Shell and Exxon Oil companies.
