At Catholic Charities’ Family Assistance Program in Sugar Land, TX, we are dedicated to supporting individuals and families as they navigate barriers to essential services. Our mission is rooted in compassion, ensuring that everyone has access to basic needs such as emergency food, clothing, housing, and health care. By prioritizing these fundamental human rights, we empower our clients to work toward self-sufficiency and the lives they envision. Our services include health screenings and nutrition education, comprehensive case management, advocacy for community resources, and assistance with applying for vital benefits like SNAP. We also host Saturday food fairs twice a month, welcoming all members of the community with no ID required, creating a space for connection and support. Together, we strive to lift up those in need and foster resilience within our community.
