Located in Spring, TX, the St. Hope Foundation is dedicated to providing exceptional medical care and support for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Our comprehensive program offers expert medical treatment, access to cutting-edge clinical research, and essential services such as nutritional counseling and case management. We believe in addressing all aspects of health, which is why we also provide comprehensive labs and diagnostics, co-pay assistance, and enrollment in the Texas ADAP for HIV medications. Additionally, our patients benefit from complete dental and vision care, as well as mental health counseling and vital referrals to housing and basic needs. With online registration available, new patients can conveniently sign up for our services, select what they need, and submit necessary documents for our sliding scale program. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are committed to delivering affordable and accessible care to uninsured and underinsured patients, and thanks to Ryan White funding, eligible individuals can receive our services at no cost.
